To do that, the first thing that you have to do is to access the official website of Fabric where it can be accessed at fabricmc.net. On that site, you have to choose what installation you are using it for. On the video, you can see that he chose the Vanilla option and chose the recent one. After that, he clicked on the Download Installer. However, if your system is Linux or Mac, you are able to choose the Download Installer Universal JAR. The option that he chose is the windows exe which can be used for Windows.

After that, you have to jump to another site. You have to access CurseForge to get Fabric API. For your information, this is separate from the Fabric Loader but you need both of them for most mods. On the Fabric API page, you have to click on the Files and then you will see there are a lot of versions. You have to click on the Download button of Fabric API which says 1.15.1 version.

So now, you have the Fabric API Jars and you have the Fabric Installer. Now, the thing that you have to do is to open up the Fabric Installer.exe. You can do it in a small Downloads tab in Google Chrome and then you will have a small interface for it. You have to set the Minecraft version. Let's say that it is 1.15.1. And then, for the Loader Version, you can leave it on default. For the Select Installation Location, you have to set it as shown in the video. And then, you have to give the check mark on the Create Profile so that you will make a new profile in the Minecraft Launcher. And then, you have to click on the Install button.

So now, in your Minecraft Mods folder, you have the Fabric Mod VoxelMap file, Fabric API and the Fabric Modloader. Now, you have to choose the right profile, you must go to Minecraft and you can see that everything works. As you can see in the video that he tried to test the mod in Minecraft.
